We kindly request that you carefully read and understand our Refund Policy outlined below before making a purchase:

  1. Refunds/Exchanges: We offer refunds & exchanges for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at separateyourselfmarca@yahoo.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue promptly. 

  2. Size Refunds/Exchanges: We understand that finding the right size can sometimes be challenging, but there are no refunds or exchanges for the wrong sizes. We provide size charts on our website please make sure you select the correct size.

  3. Conditions for Exchange or Refund: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, is required. We will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return/exchange.

  4. Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.                                                                                                                                                      

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
